Claims of Copyright Infringement & Related Issues (17 USC § 512 et seq.)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, including sufficient information to allow the copyright agent to locate the material.
  • Your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address so the copyright agent may contact you.
  • A signed statement confirming:
    • The information provided is accurate.
    • You have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • Under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Please note that knowingly submitting false claims may result in substantial legal penalties.
